Valkera is operated by LittleMan Pty Ltd. We host customer websites and applications on subdomains of valkera.dev and fms.valkera.dev. If one of those is doing something it should not be, tell us here.

What to report
- Phishing, fraud, or a site impersonating someone
- Malware, or a page distributing it
- Spam originating from a site we host
- A security vulnerability in Valkera itself
- A compromised customer site
What helps
The full hostname is the single most useful thing — every hosted site has its own, so it identifies the account without you needing to know who they are. Anything else you can give us (a URL, a timestamp, a message header, a screenshot) shortens the time to act.
What we do
We acknowledge reports, investigate, and act on the hosting account responsible. Content on a customer's site belongs to that customer — we can suspend hosting, and we will where a report is substantiated, but we do not edit their content on their behalf.
If you are reporting a vulnerability in Valkera, please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue anyone who reports one in good faith.
